Parides sesostris is a species of butterfly in the family Papilionidae native to the Americas. It is commonly known as the Emerald-patched Cattleheart and the Southern Cattleheart.[1][2] The larvae feed on Aristolochia barbata, A. bicolor, A. grandiflora, A. sprucei, and A. trianae.[3] It is not threatened.[2]
